Visualize ROI and What Value-Based Selling Is All About:Unique Selling Proposition, Consultative Selling and Account Management Selling are three process selling based methodologies based on value promised and opposite to Commodity Selling which is based on price and relationship process. No matter what process or system are you using in your activity, if you could switch to true conversation and trust-based human-interactions you could prove the ROI that measure the motivation level in the change process towards pain avoidance or pleasure reach. This is mostly about sales management, but with applicability in recruitment and retention as well.
